Dining options will be pretty limited this winter at Perisher. Many of the bars and restaurants that are usually open to the public will be limited to in-house guests only. If and when restrictions ease, things might change, but for now, this is what I have been able to find out.

Pub open 11am till late daily with full table ordering and takeaway until 10 pm. Peking duck pancakes, burgers, wood fired pizza, chicken parmi, buffalo wings, pasta and epic Nachos. Grill menu with Prime Riverina high marble scotch fillet, steaks and back ribs and live entertainment!!
Restaurant open to in house guests from 30th June. As restrictions east, potential external bookings will be possible.

Open 7 days from 7.30 for breakfast till 11. Lunch from 11, pizza and salads, till early afternoon. Everything is available to takeaway including alcohol from 9am. Open late Tuesday and Saturday for night skiing and pizza.

White Spider Private Dining Experience
The Eiger are currently working on a takeaway dining experience since the White Spider Restaurant will only be open for in house guests until restrictions ease. A private dining experience will be available from Sunday 19th July for max 10 people with a minimum spend for exclusive use of this space. White Spider are hoping to open an outdoor bar for Apres from 2pm. This will be weather dependent and confirmed daily on social media.
