Stay in a Tiny House

Escape the hustle and bustle and people and stay in a tiny house in the middle of nowhere. Watch the sun set over Perisher and the Main Range and wait for the night sky to come alive, perfect for star gazing. Watch deer and kangaroo wander through the paddock at dusk, or an afternoon storm roll through the Valley. Completely off-grid, you won’t want to leave. Book here on air bnb.

Sunrise at Porcupine Rocks

Watch the sunrise over Lake Jindabyne from Porcupine Rocks. With stunning panoramic vistas of the Thredbo Valley. With the sun rising a little later each day, Autumn is the perfect time of year to set the alarm for the early start. The drive to Perisher takes around half an hour. Turn left at The Man From Snowy River, then right at Marritz onto Porcupine Rd until you get to the pond where the trail begins. Allow 45 minutes to walk from Perisher, you will need a head torch and byo coffee and breakfast.
